We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist that can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company’s standard operating procedures.

In this role you will...

  • Manage and allocate all incoming materials. Materials will be received, inspected for defects / appropriate quantities, relocated to the correct location in the warehouse, and then entered into the ERP system.
  • Notify department managers of receipt of relevant materials.
  • Transfer appropriate amounts of packaging goods from warehouse storage to production areas.
  • Organize and manage warehouse storage and design (5S).
  • Assist with cycle counts and develop systems for efficient cycle counts for non-cannabis products.
  • Organize and coordinate transfers between manufacturing facilities as needed.
  • Manage movement of received goods in C3 ERP system.
  • Support inventory department as needed for functions such as cycle counts and end of month reporting.
  • Order and manage facility wide SKU’s for non cannabis good for the facility.
  • Check in and organize the supply of consumables such as cleaning supplies, office supplies, etc.
  • Assist with maintenance at the facility as requested and needed.

Skills and experience you have:

  • Ability to operate or learn how to operate a forklift.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Three years of experience in an inventory management/warehouse role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn variety of systems, including ERP, Metrc, etc.
  • Ability to complete work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/ or holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check.
  • Familiarity with OSHA guidelines, especially as relates to forklift safety.
