Who we are: C3 Industries, comprised of cultivation and manufacturing facilities (with products sold under the Cloud Cover brand name) and retail locations (operated under the High Profile banner), is dedicated to masterfully crafting, branding, and selling premium cannabis products in legal medical and recreational markets. A passion for cannabis combined with a desire to produce premium, high-quality products, drove the company’s founders to launch the business in 2017.

Since that time, the company has quickly grown its operations to four states with vertically integrated operations consisting of approximately 250,000 square feet of cannabis production space and more than 20 retail dispensaries in various stages of development across all its markets. The company has raised significant capital to date, is profitable and fully funded for all its current projects across Michigan, Oregon, Missouri, and Massachusetts, and is strategically positioned for continued significant growth.

We are looking for a Digital Menu Specialist who will be responsible for the implementation and organization of product menu images, descriptions, pricing, and promotional updates for all retail menus and web based platforms.

In this role you will….

  • Work collaboratively with store, merchandising, and marketing partners to provide menu photos for all Cloud Cover and 3rd party products (launches and ongoing maintenance).
  • Manage the creation of new products in LeafLogix, as well as update vendor and strain information for all items in the retail portfolio.
  • Collect & organize product images, product descriptions, and product categories on our e-commerce platform.
  • Maintain accurate pricing and promotional changes on all consumer-facing platforms.
  • Conduct weekly audits to ensure accurate integration and execution of all data inputs and updates.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with 3rd party digital platform vendors (LeafLogix, Dutchie, Weedmaps & Leafly)
  • Assist Merchandising Planning team with market analysis, vendor day coordination in-stores, and other job duties as needed.

Skills and experience you have...

  • 1+ years of experience in inventory management or data analytics.
  • Strong experience manipulating data with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to develop and implement operational best practices.
  • Good judgment in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
  • Must possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Proven ability to establish strong credibility and build relationships, operate in an environment of ambiguity, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
