We are looking for an Inventory Lead to be responsible for managing and reporting on the Company’s inventory and Wholesale inventory.

In this role you will….

  • Ensure inventory levels of Cloud Cover Cannabis Product and 3rd party vendor product is properly checked- in, labeled, stored and dispatched.
  • Maintain active knowledge of incoming or outgoing inventory, inventory levels on hand, and packaging of product.
  • Maintain control over the facility vaults; ensure vaults are maintained in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Pull and organize orders daily based on reports provided by the sales team; ensure manifests are accurate.
  • Create METRC tags.
  • Track shipping schedule and prioritize workload.
  • Communicate with cross functional leaders to understand priority of deliveries, shipments of internal & external products, track active shipping schedule.
  • Ensure all orders are accurately dispatched, with the proper paperwork per state and local compliance; communicate product delivery schedules with sales team.
  • Ensure inventory audits are regularly completed including matching physical inventory to METRC/APEX inventory.
  • Managed and check on work progress of Inventory & Packaging technician’s working in the inventory department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct final quality control for product labeling and packaging.
  • Maintain relationships with transport companies, MRA, and METRC; communicate with governing bodies on interpretations of regulations; resolve any discrepancies and issues.
  • Maintain compliance with local and state regulations, company policies and SOPs for product inventory.

Skills and experience you have...

  • 1+ years’ experience working in an inventory or packaging related field.
  • Ability to use and manage various industry related software’s; experience using METRC preferred.
  • Display good judgment in the face of changing priorities with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of safety and security requirements; willingness to learn state and local laws pertaining to medical and recreational cannabis.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationship with internal and external contacts.
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to develop and implement operational best practices.
  • High attention to detail, and experience inputting and reporting on high volumes of data.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with regulating bodies.
  • Ability to use and manage METRC; experience using METRC preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with regulating bodies.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
